ENS - PSL

The École normale supérieure (ENS) is a higher establishment for undergraduate and doctoral studies (graduate school) and a major center for French research. It hosts fourteen teaching and research departments which cover most of the literary and scientific disciplines. The School also provides training for doctoral students, Masters in Science and Technology students, as well as Masters students specializing in co-accreditation. An apprenticeship formula was launched in 2016.

ENSCP - PSL

Chimie ParisTech (officially École nationale supérieure de chimie de Paris - Chimie ParisTech, also called ENSCP or Chimie Paris) is a school of general chemical engineers, founded in 1896 and located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, on the Sainte-Geneviève mountain. It has the status of a public scientific, cultural and professional establishment.

ESPCI Paris - PSL

ESPCI Paris PSL is an original Great Engineers School, both a research Center internationally renowned and a fruitful generator of innovation for the Industry world. CURIE INSTITUTE

Recognized as a Not-for-profit Foundation, The Curie Institute associates one of the biggest research European centers in cancerology and two advanced hospitals.
Founded in 1909 under a model designed by Marie Curie and still ahead of its time, « from fundamental research to innovative care» The Curie Institute gathers 3 000 researchers, doctors, caregivers, technicians and administrative staff.

PSL

Located in the heart of Paris, PSL inspires dialogamongand between all areas of knowledge, innovation, and creativity in Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, Engineering and the Arts. The National Research Agency - ANR

The National Research Agency (ANR) is a resource agency created on February 7, 2005, which finances public research and research partnerships in France. Initially created in the form of a public interest group by the government of Jean-Pierre Raffarin, since January 1, 2007, it has been granted the status of a public administrative establishment. The ANR replaced the pre-existing ministerial incentive financing mechanisms: the national science fund (FNS) and the technological research fund (FRT). It directly finances public and private research teams, providing fixed-term research contracts.

CNRS

Better known by its acronym CNRS, is the largest French public body for scientific research. It operates in all areas of knowledge.

INSERM

Created in 1964, the National Institute for health and medical research is a public establishment with scientific and technologic characterization, placed under the double control of the Health Ministry, and Research Ministry.

Paris City Hall

The town hall of Paris, located at the town hall of the capital, refers to the administration of the City of Paris, a territorial collectivity with special status on which the territory of Paris depends.
It is made up of around 53.000 agents spread across many Directorates coordinated by a general secretariat, under the authority of the mayor of Paris and his deputies. It is one of the most important administrative entities in France, both in terms of number of agents and budget. This stature is mainly explained by the number of inhabitants of the City (2.2 million inhabitants), which makes Paris both the municipality and the second most populous French department. In addition, it combines the skills of a municipality with 20 districts and those of a department.

Sorbonne Université

Pierre and Marie Curie University (UPMC), or Paris VI University (6), is a science and medicine university located on the Jussieu Campus, in the « quartier latin » of Paris. It welcomes approximately 32.000 students (21.000 in sciences and 11.000 in medical studies), of which 6.400 foreigners students. 10.500 staff work there, of which 4.500 teachers-researchers and researchers. The UPMC hosts 125 research laboratories.

Université de Paris

Paris Diderot University & Paris Descartes University located in the heart of Paris, close to the Odeon, have been merged to form the University of Paris. With its 63.000 students, 6.900 researchers and teacher-researchers, 4.500 administrative and technical staff and 149 research structures and units, the University of Paris plays an important role in scientific research and its dissemination in France and worldwide.
